INEEJI receives the Smart Factory Award as the ‘2021 4th Industrial Revolution Outstanding Company’

INEEJI announced on the 5th that it won the 4th Industrial Revolution Smart Factory Award at the '2021 4th Industrial Revolution Excellent Company'.

The 4th Industrial Revolution excellent companies are jointly hosted by the National Assembly 4th Industrial Revolution Forum and the Korea Journalists Association and are awarded by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and small and medium-sized companies. This event is sponsored by the Ministry of Venture Business, and awards are given to companies that are leading the 4th Industrial Revolution for their outstanding technological achievements.

INEEJI is an IT innovation company that is advancing into various industrial fields such as oil refining, chemicals, power generation, and steel manufacturing based on AI prediction technology. It aims to increase customer process productivity and reduce maintenance costs through the application of self-developed AI.


INEEJI has launched the 'INFINITE OPTIMAL SERIES™', which enables general-purpose optimization and fault diagnosis in the heavy and chemical industry with intensive know-how in time-series data analysis and explainable artificial intelligence technology.

Among the INFINITE OPTIMAL SERIES™, 'INFINITE OPTIMAL MES (Chemical Manufacturing Execution Systems)', an optimized solution for the chemical, oil refining, and pharmaceutical fields, improves process quality and productivity by analyzing data from chemical reactors with production management system monitoring AI. The AI ​​solution is applied to the chemical processes of major domestic oil refining/chemical companies to increase product production and achieve stable operation.

'INFINITE OPTIMAL TSBT [Infinite Optimal TSBT (Temperature Sensor-based Boiler Tube leak detection AI system)]', a solution capable of diagnosing failures in power plant boiler tubes, is a temperature sensor-based boiler tube leak detection AI system. It detects leaks much earlier than the detection point of existing acoustic sensor-based BTLD (Boiler Tube Leak Detector).

In addition, it detects rupture of fine tubes that were not detected by BTLD and prevents tube failure in advance. It has already been applied to East-West Power Plant Units 5-8 (2 units), a 500MW thermal power plant in Korea, and is gradually considering expanding its application to other power plants.

Meanwhile, 'INFINITE OPTIMAL G-Power', which Ineasy is currently developing, is an abbreviation for Green Power and is expected to be an AI solution with eco-friendly goals, such as monitoring carbon dioxide emissions in line with global environmental protection trends.
