CEO Choi predicted that due to the manpower shortage, young talent will not apply even if field workers are hired, and it will be increasingly difficult to respond to advanced technology with only an aging workforce in a situation where it is unclear whether foreign workers will be secured.
Accordingly, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions are needed as a way to solve the deepening manpower shortage in the manufacturing field.
CEO Choi said, “If you optimize the process through AI-based solutions, you will be able to increase productivity and quality with less manpower,” and introduced the process optimization and fault diagnosis solutions provided by Ineasy.
This solution is expected to minimize the impact of skilled workers' retirement by establishing a data-based decision-making system that relies on the experience of field workers in the process field.
In addition, we shared examples of applying Ineasy's solutions to industrial fields such as furnaces, power plants, and chemical processes where it was difficult to accurately measure reactions within the process due to internal high heat, high pressure, and corrosion.
