On the 18th, the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation held a meeting with AI experts in the manufacturing field to ‘explore ways to innovate manufacturing using artificial intelligence (AI) technology in industrial complexes.’
A total of 7 people attended this meeting, held at the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, including Professor Jaesik Choi of KAIST (CEO of Ineasy Co., Ltd.), Sangho Lee, CEO of Imfix Co., Ltd., Sangjin Lee, Managing Director of MICube Solution Co., Ltd., Aram Han, CEO of ABH Co., Ltd., and officials from the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation.
This meeting was prepared to ▷ share AI industry technology information ▷ seek ways to spread AI technology in industrial complexes ▷ discuss difficulties in AI technology development and ways to utilize AI technology in the manufacturing field.
In particular, discussions were held on ways for companies residing in industrial complexes to actively utilize AI technology and plans for digital and carbon-free transformation of industrial complexes.
Lee Sang-hoon, Chairman of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, said, “As innovation and structural reform using AI technology are accelerating globally, changes must also occur in industrial complexes.” He added, “The Industrial Complex Corporation is expanding infrastructure so that companies in industrial complexes can utilize AI technology.” “We will make efforts to establish a collaboration system for experts,” he said.
