Temperature Sensor Based Boiler Tube Leak Detection(TSBT) AI is capable of detecting leaks in power plant boiler tubes. TSBT utilizes thousands of sensor data such as temperature, pressure and flow in order to detect the tube leakage as early as possible.

Electric Arc Furnace(EAF) AI calculates and predicts electricity needed to melt steel scraps. The efficiency of an electric furnace is affected by the amount and types of steel scrap. Our AI predicts the total amount of energy (electricity) required to melt the scrap based on its type, quantity, oxygen level, internal temperature etc. The AI calculates the appropriate amount of electricity needed to melt the scrap, allowing our customers to save on expensive electricity bills.
